We are building a team of masterminds who understand software engineering so deeply that you can be constantly building the future, even as the future keeps changing.

We are open to evidence of this kind of insight in whatever form it takes. Perhaps you're a Ph. D. or Ph. D. dropout who has been published in PLDI, ICFP, or Onward!, and have papers that not only show how to do something new with software but have cut deep into the nature of some aspect. Or maybe you're an indie hacker who figured out how to predict team dynamics better than people with 30 years of experience, and then encoded that knowledge into a simulator. Or something else that we've never thought of.

There are not many people in the world who can do this. But wherever you are, we want to meet you.
